• Completed and signed credit card application.
• 2 Recent salary slips.
• 1 form of identification (Passport, Identification Card, Drivers Permit).
• Job letter (must state employment term and salary information - for new clients and clients that have recently changed jobs) 
• Copy of work permit for non-residents.
