Depending on transaction needs we have a variety of account solutions that can handle a high volume of activity at a relatively low cost while providing flexibility and convenience. It's designed to satisfy your preference and taste. Our accounts include the following features and benefits:

    Whether you are establishing holding companies, limited partnerships or sole ownership etc., RBC has the products, services and professional staff to guide you through the account opening process. It is highly recommended that you seek local legal and/or professional advice on the regulatory approval process in your jurisdiction.

    The process and regulatory requirements for account opening can be very rigorous (depending upon structure and beneficial ownership). However, for existing RBC offshore clients, the process can be accelerated via reference and support documentation provided by your existing relationship manager.

    Fee Structure:

    Set up fees
    • USD $100.00 per relationship (simple) - up to 2 tiers of ownership
    • USD $250.00 per relationship (complex) - in excess of 2 tiers ownership
    Other fees
    • Monthly service charge USD $5.00
    • USD $1000 minimum initial deposit
    • USD $5.00 for each month account balance falls below 1000 foreign units
